Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS)

According to Florida Laws:  Buildings 30 years or older must complete their first SIRS by December 31, 2025.Buildings 25 years or older and located within 3 miles of the coastline must complete their first SIRS by December 31, 2025. Subsequent studies are required every 10 years thereafter.
